I foråret 2014 gennemgik Marie-Louise en operation, hvor hun fik et Cochlear Implant indsat. Da hun for første gang skulle have sit CI reguleret, så hun kunne bruge det, kunne hun for første gang høre sin datter stemme. Det var helt fantastisk.
In the spring of 2014, Marie-Louise underwent an operation in which she had a Cochlear Implant inserted. When she had to have her CI regulated for the first time so she could use it, she could hear her daughter’s voice for the first time. It was absolutely fantastic.
